What do Christians believe about the afterlife?

I was raised a Muslim, but stopped believing, maybe 10 years ago. Now I'm looking for a new faith again, since I realized I'm a lost person about sentimental (maybe a different religion or something else).
I always believed that after death, according to Christianity and Muslims, the good go to heaven and the wicked to hell.

I’m an atheist, I don’t believe in life after death. We will just become soil, there is no such thing as a soul. Heaven and hell are in this world. :D
