  "Squatting with a bar of 61.25 kg on the number of repetitions for one approach";
  "Squatting with a bar of 62.50 kg on the number of repetitions for one approach";
  "Squatting with a barbell of 63.75 kg on the number of repetitions for one approach";
  “Squatting with a barbell of 65 kg per number of repetitions in one set”;
  "Squatting with a barbell of 66.25 kg on the number of repetitions for one approach";
  "Squatting with a barbell of 67.5 kg per number of repetitions in one set";
  "Squatting 68.75 kg per number of repetitions in one set";
  "Squatting with a barbell of 70 kg per number of repetitions in one set."

       I constantly improve my sports results and plan to set a new world sports record or a series of world sports records every three years. My activity outside sports is connected with the development of IT-technologies contributing to scientific research to increase the duration of human life and the acquisition of human immortality.
