Hello5 – Dating & Chat is committed to providing a safe environment for

our users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

(CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation

of minors, or any other activity that may endanger children.

These Child Safety Standards describe the rules and procedures used by

Hello5 to prevent, identify, report, and respond to child sexual abuse and

exploitation on our platform.

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Hello5 strictly prohibits any content, communication, behavior, or activity

that involves or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Sexual exploitation or sexual abuse of minors.

Grooming a minor for sexual purposes.

Sexual solicitation involving minors.

Sextortion involving minors.

Trafficking or exploitation of children.

Sharing or requesting sexual images or videos involving minors.

Distributing, selling, promoting, or facilitating access to CSAM.

Encouraging or normalizing the sexual exploitation of children.

Using Hello5 to arrange or facilitate inappropriate sexual contact with a minor.

Any attempt to use Hello5 to abuse, exploit, groom, or endanger a child.

Accounts involved in such activities may be immediately suspended or

permanently terminated.

2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Hello5 strictly prohibits the creation, uploading, storage, sharing,

requesting, distribution, promotion, or sale of child sexual abuse material.

This prohibition applies to all areas of the Hello5 platform, including

profiles, profile photos, photo galleries, videos, private messages,

comments, groups, forums, and other user-generated content or communication

features.

When Hello5 becomes aware of suspected or confirmed CSAM, we may take

appropriate action, including:

Removing prohibited content.

Restricting access to the content.

Suspending the responsible account.

Permanently terminating the responsible account.

Preserving relevant account or content information when required by law.

Reporting illegal material or activity to appropriate authorities or child protection organizations where required by applicable law.

3. Grooming and Inappropriate Contact With Minors

Hello5 does not permit users to use the platform to groom, manipulate,

coerce, threaten, or sexually exploit minors.

Any attempt to establish inappropriate sexual communication with a minor,

request sexual content from a minor, encourage sexual activity, or move a

minor to another service for the purpose of sexual exploitation is strictly

prohibited.

Accounts found to be involved in such behavior may be permanently removed

from Hello5.

4. User Reporting

Hello5 encourages users to report profiles, photos, videos, messages,

comments, or other content that they believe violates our safety standards.

Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming,

CSAM, or other threats to children are treated seriously and may receive

priority review.

5. Review and Enforcement

When Hello5 receives a report concerning child safety, we may review the

reported account, content, or activity and take appropriate action based on

our policies and applicable laws.

Enforcement actions may include:

Removing prohibited content.

Restricting access to certain platform features.

Temporarily suspending an account.

Permanently terminating an account.

Preventing repeat violations where technically and legally appropriate.

Preserving relevant information when required by applicable law.

Reporting serious or illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Severe child safety violations may result in immediate permanent account

termination.

6. Cooperation With Law Enforcement

Hello5 complies with applicable laws concerning child sexual abuse and

exploitation.

Where legally required, Hello5 may cooperate with authorized law enforcement

agencies and other competent authorities investigating suspected child sexual

abuse, exploitation, trafficking, grooming, or CSAM.

Hello5 may preserve or disclose relevant information when required by a

valid legal process or applicable law.

7. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

Hello5 is committed to complying with applicable child protection and online

safety laws in the jurisdictions where our services are available.

Confirmed cases involving illegal child sexual abuse material or child

exploitation may be reported to appropriate national, regional, or

international authorities or child protection organizations when required

by applicable law.

8. Safety of Young People

Hello5 takes the safety of young people seriously. Users must comply with

the age requirements applicable to the Hello5 service and must not

misrepresent their age in order to gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Regardless of a user's stated age, Hello5 does not tolerate any attempt to

sexually exploit, abuse, groom, or endanger a child.

9. Prohibited Sexualization of Minors

Content that sexually depicts, describes, promotes, encourages, or

sexualizes minors is prohibited on Hello5.

This includes content that:

Sexualizes or fetishizes minors.

Requests sexual images from minors.

Offers sexual images involving minors.

Promotes sexual relationships between adults and minors.

Attempts to normalize child sexual exploitation.

Links to or directs users to prohibited child sexual abuse material.

10. Sextortion and Threats

Hello5 prohibits sextortion and other forms of sexual coercion involving

minors.

Users may not threaten, blackmail, manipulate, or pressure a minor into

providing sexual images, videos, money, personal information, or sexual

activity.

Such behavior may result in immediate account termination and, where

required by applicable law, reporting to the appropriate authorities.

11. Human Trafficking and Exploitation

Hello5 prohibits the use of the platform for child trafficking, sexual

exploitation, commercial sexual exploitation of children, or any activity

that facilitates the abuse or exploitation of minors.

Accounts or content associated with such activities may be removed and

reported to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

12. Prevention of Repeat Violations

Users whose accounts are permanently terminated for serious child safety

violations must not create or use another account to evade enforcement.

repeat violations where permitted by applicable law.

13. Privacy and Protection of Reports

Hello5 handles child safety reports with appropriate care. Information

provided through reports may be used to investigate violations, enforce

our policies, protect users, and comply with legal obligations.

Information may also be preserved or provided to competent authorities

when required by applicable law.
