Praise be to God, who is aware of the secrets of the unseen, and clear signs throughout the universe testify to His existence, He never appears before the eyes of those who see. Neither the eye of one who has not seen Him can deny Him, nor the heart that has known Him can perceive Him. He has surpassed all in exaltation and superiority. Therefore, there is nothing superior to Him, and He is so close to His creatures that nothing can be closer to Him. His high status has not distanced Him from His phenomena, and His closeness to phenomena has not made Him equal to anything. He has not made the intellects aware of the truth of His essence, but He has not prevented them from knowing and recognizing Him. Therefore, it is He to whom all the signs of existence testify to His existence and has forced the hearts of the deniers to acknowledge His existence, a God who is superior to the words of those who liken Him and the imagination of those who disbelieve.
